Session Description

Well-meaning resources are many times frustrated in their results when there is unexpected capacity constraint on the ground where programmes are implemented.  Hear directly from the ground from two Prerak officers, deployed to the District Collector’s office, by Tata Trusts’ Transform Rural India initiative.

They will share how transformations had been achieved at both societal level and individual level, and the practical experience of what works and does not work in the field.  This sharing will provide insights to the realities of investing in human capital, and surface the impactful opportunities for social and impact investment community to support in this manner.
